While I’m newly commissioned in Florida, my experience with legal and property documents goes back many years. I previously served as a licensed title examiner and as a Deputy Clerk & Recorder for Sanders County, Montana, where I worked directly with recorded legal documents and property records.
Today, I continue to work with Sanders County as a contracted Plat Clerk, reviewing recorded documents and updating property ownership records. Through this work I regularly handle deeds, legal descriptions, property transfers, and other official filings.
Over the years I’ve read and reviewed thousands of property records, deeds, and legal filings, including power of attorney documents and real estate documents. That experience has given me a deep respect for the importance of proper identification, accurate signatures, and careful documentation.
